Abstract
The aviation industry is integral to global connectivity andcommerce, yet it is also fraught with risks that necessitaterobust insurance frameworks. This journal explores the idealformulation of aircraft insurance as a means of providing legalprotection for all parties involved in aviation. Through ananalysis of existing policies, case studies, and statistical data,this paper aims to identify gaps in the current insurance modeland propose enhancements that ensure fairness and justice for allstakeholders. The findings indicate that a comprehensive approachto aircraft insurance can significantly mitigate risks and enhancelegal protections, thus fostering a more equitable aviationenvironment.
