The purpose of this study is to analyze: 1) How is the Role of the National Police in the Construction of the IKN Logistics Port on Lango Beach East Kalimantan? 2) How is the Synergy between the National Police and Related Agencies in the Construction of the IKN Logistics Port on Lango Beach, East Kalimantan? The research method used is empirical juridical with a statutory approach, concept approach, and case studies. The results showed that: 1) Security issues have become the issue that invites the most attention, especially in the construction of logistics ports on Lango Beach, East Kalimantan. In supporting the acceleration of development, infrastructure readiness also continues to be monitored. Especially the supporting infrastructure of logistics distribution, such as ports. One of the ports currently being built for IKN logistics is in Pantai Lango Village, North Penajam Paser (PPU). Potential problems that hinder the delivery of IKN logistics. Safety patterns will also be applied, in order to avoid potential problems that may occur. In this case, the police provided escort in the construction of this IKN. 2) The POLRI institution must be involved in the implementation of maintaining security in the construction of the IKN Logistics Port on the Lango Coast of East Kalimantan, to maintain national security stability, besides indeed the conception of national security demands and places national security responsibility on all components of the nation, not only imposed on the TNI and Polri. For this reason, it is necessary to cooperate efforts between fellow components, not only the National Police and the TNI but also involve regional officials in order to maintain security stability in the construction of the IKN Logistics Port on Lango Beach East Kalimantan so that it runs smoothly and on target
