Abstract
The aim research is the application of restorative justice principles in civil cases, specifically focusing on fiduciary guarantees. While restorative justice has gainedtraction in the criminal justice system, its potential in civil contexts remainsunderexamined. Th research addresses the question: How can police restorativejustice principles be effectively applied in civil disputes involving fiduciary guaranteesto achieve more equitable resolutions? Through a mixed-methods approach, whichincludes legal analysis, case study reviews, and comparative assessments, I find thatrestorative justice can enhance victim satisfaction, improve dispute outcomes, andalleviate court congestion. The findings suggest that integrating restorative justice intothe resolution of fiduciary guarantee disputes not only addresses the limitations oftraditional litigation but also promotes dialogue, repairs relationships, and fostersmutual understanding, ultimately leading to more equitable resolutions.
